City tour of Durres and Tirana: Cooking class included

Guided day tour with pickup available from Tirana or Durres. Our journey starts with a scenic drive towards the coast, offering glimpses of the beautiful Albanian countryside. Upon arrival in Durres, our first stop is the Durres Amphitheater, one of the largest and most well-preserved Roman amphitheaters in the Balkans. Here, you will have the opportunity to explore the ancient structure and learn about its historical significance. Next, we visit the Venetian Tower, part of the city's medieval fortifications, offering a fascinating insight into Durres' rich past. Afterward, we stroll through the vibrant city center, where you can admire the mix of modern and historic architecture. We'll also visit the historic Great Mosque, a beautiful example of Ottoman architecture. Finally, we wrap up our tour with a visit to the beautiful Durres Castle, where you can climb to the top and enjoy panoramic views of the city and the sea. In the afternoon we head towards Tirana and stop along to a cooking class and enjoy the delicious traditional dish that we will prepare. Later we stop at the city centre to visit the highlights of Tirana and visit the Bunk'Art 2 to learn about the communism area. We return to the meeting point.
